We aim to provide our customers with the best levels of customer service and truly believe that we deliver. In fact, if you're not happy with our service then you'll get your money back. If you are happy, then please tell your friends. Techmates reserve the right to refuse anyone access to our service at our discretion.
We are open from 9am to Midnight everyday and support sessions are delivered as soon as we can, if we fail to provide your support within a timely manner then you have up to 7 days to cancel. If you do think we're being slow then it's most likely due to a technical issue, please contact us to get support immediately. We know what it's like to have an IT issue that needs to be sorted immediately and don't want anyone to suffer for longer than necessary but we de require that you pre-pay our fixed fee for a support session.
If we're not able to fulfil the support request to your satisfaction then please let us know and we'll happily try to resolve any remaining concerns for no additional charge. If you're still not satisfied or just wish to request your money-back then tell us and we'll give you a complete refund. We ask that refund requests are made within 30 days of receiving your support session, although requests outside of this time window may also be considered, we try our best to be as consumer friendly as possible. Requests for a refund must be made by emailing email@example.com, please state the name of the person that gave the support and a brief explanation about why you want a refund. We'll process this within 48 hours.
At Techmates we take your privacy very seriously. We will never take any information from your computer without your permission. Our aim is to make your computer more secure from our visit as we always check that your system is up-to-date and has adequate virus and malware protection. We do not store any debit or credit card details and will not share any of your information with any third parties.
